Oni-On

Amino acid-based bioactivator of plant defences against insects
Oni-On is a speciality fertiliser formulated with hydrolysates and macerated extracts of plant origin, including maize, sorghum and, predominantly, Allium-derived extracts.
Its formulation provides a dual mode of action. Firstly, it contributes to plant nutrition through its amino acid and plant-derived nutrient content. Secondly, it promotes the formation of secondary metabolites rich in aliphatic compounds, which can interfere with insect feeding behaviour, helping to reduce feeding activity and increase pest mobility.
When used in combination with insecticides, Oni-On can help enhance treatment efficacy by increasing insect movement and therefore the likelihood of contact with the insecticidal active substances, particularly contact insecticides such as pyrethroids.
